'Wuthering Heights' scores USD 82 million box office debut
Emerald Fennell's "Wuthering Heights" dominated the box office, drawing a predominantly female audience and achieving the year's biggest opening with $34.8 million. The romantic drama, starring Margot Robbie and Jacob Elordi, also performed strongly internationally. Despite mixed critical reviews, the film's success marks Warner Bros.' ninth consecutive No. 1 opening.
