The Supreme Court granted anticipatory bail to Congress spokesperson Pawan Khera, deeming allegations against Assam CM's wife and her counter-allegations politically motivated. The court emphasized personal liberty, stating custodial interrogation wasn't warranted given the political overtones of the dispute.
