ChatGPT used to cheat in Class 12 exams in Maharashtra’s Gadchiroli; teachers among accused as racket busted
A sophisticated cheating ring was uncovered during the HSC Class 12 exams in Gadchiroli. The racket used ChatGPT to generate answers in real-time. Question papers were photographed, answers obtained digitally, printed, and then circulated. Authorities are now adapting oversight mechanisms to counter these new technological methods of malpractice. This incident highlights the rapid integration of AI into educational systems.
