Vivek Ramaswamy says Ohio will welcome NYPD officers 'fleeing' Mamdani's administration: 'Show them respect they deserve'
After ICE, now Ohio is also inviting NYPD cops in various roles in their police department after Zohran Mamdani's win in the mayoral election. Mamdani earlier spoke about defunding the NYPD but reviewed his stand, apologized to cops and assured that he would not defund the NYPD. But Deputy chief John D’Adamo exited the day Mamdani won, and an exodus is being reported for the department.
