Kartik Aaryan's 'Aashiqui 3' look is facing online mockery, drawing comparisons to 'Saiyaara.' Adding fuel to the fire, Sam Merchant, linked to Triptii Dimri, reacted with laughing emojis to a meme targeting Kartik's appearance. Dimri was initially cast as the lead but was later replaced by Sreeleela, reportedly due to concerns about her image after 'Animal'.
