DGCA allows HIV+ commercial pilot to fly, but with riders. Will challenge order, he says
A US-trained commercial pilot with HIV challenges the Bombay HC against DGCA's certification deeming him fit to fly only with a more experienced pilot due to his HIV status. He claims this stipulation is discriminatory and hampers his employment opportunities.
